Deliveries within Ireland generally are carried out by the Trunk team and we will work closely with our clients to get a time that is most suitable fore them. There is a small surcharge for orders which are under 50 yd", your sales assistant will be able to advise you on this.
We work closely with a local firm collect your packaged order at our depot and bring it your door. How this works:
The standard service is 4-5 working days from shipment at our factory, when the goods arrive at the dispatch hub they then contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery. If it is a large amount of wood and you do not have a fork truck or similar on your site it is necessary to have man power to get it off the truck. The cost for deliveries outside of Ireland are worked out from your postcode and the amount of wood being ordered e.g. a 70m2 pallet of French oak to Liverpool would cost about £125 + vat.
There is also an express 2 day service and can be requested and costs will be quoted accordingly.
